
Brief Description:
- § The Repair technician carry out repair work for avionics component independently to meet customer requirement and company short-term and long-term business goals.
- § Reports to MRO production manager, compliant to applicable regulatory, company standards, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance & alteration works in accordance with acceptable technical data and IPC standards, such as IPC-7711/7721, IPC-7095
- Conduct troubleshooting and preliminary check of the avionics component/Unit using the related technical data, tools and equipment
- Carry out the PCBA board level repair processes such as BGA chip replacement
- Participate in materials planning to support production, test equipment and tools maintenance work to meet airworthiness requirements
- Assist in the Quality Audit process when required to meet regulations and QMS requirements
- Maintain the 5S of his/her work environment on daily basis and participate the Lean/Kaizen events
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
- University or college degree in electronics, electrical engineering, communications engineering or other electronic majors relatedBe familiar with the analog and digital circuits, as well as the use of instruments and metersStrong hands-on ability and sense of responsibilityGood team work awareness, rigorous work style, and obedience to team arrangementsCollege English CET-4 or above, can reading, writing using English
Qualifications Desired:
- Minimum 2 years of electronics and electrical related experience Holding CCAR-66, Civil Aircraft Component Maintenance License with technical English level 3 and above.Experience with basic mechanical CAD/CAMBasic knowledge with IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 class 3 requirementsHave a sound understanding of standard industry ESD policyKnowledge of materials, tools, equipment, techniques for avionics repair processesKnowledge of CAAC, FAA or EASA regulationsStrong process orientation and Strong English oral and written communication skills.
