Brief Description:

• In this role, you will be responsible for overall program execution of new programs & adjacent programs (such as AAM OEMs program, new product development according to AAM market and etc.) including establish, maintain, and control the program baseline (Scope, pricing deliverables, Risk identification/ mitigation, customer interface, commercial impact assessments & tracking).

Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication and program coordination with related customers, internal teams, partners and suppliers Responsible for the program schedule and reconciliations with multiple parties. Coordinate customer requirements and define integration requirements across teams that support the development, testing, integration and operations of the program. Responsible for the management of the budgeting process and activities for the program Program Performance management – Activity Based Management, Earn Value Management in lean and effective approach Identify program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications Risk & Obsolescence management / mitigation Responsible for NPI process, review and the critical action closures. Support the program scope and term change negotiations and communication to stake holders

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar from an accredited university or college3- 5 years of relevant professional working experience in Aviation industryStrong oral and written communication skills in both English and ChineseAbility to lead cross functional and customer / supplier teamsStrong conflict resolution skillsAble to communicate with all levels of internal and external customer organizations, including upper management

Qualifications Desired:

• MBA or MS in Engineering or advance degreeDemonstrated strong skills and proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams, including engineering, operations, account management, contracts, and logisticsRich experience in project management or subcontract management in Electronics or Avionics industry.Experience working with international customers Solid working experience with AAM OEMs, avionics Tier 1 and 3rd parties
